With the release of the T-Mobile G1 Android phone, people have been wondering if it can compete with the Apple iPhone 3G. Well one way Google wants to compete with the Apple iPhone 3G is by adding a touchscreen keyboard to the Android operating system. And it is about time. Maybe they should of thought about adding that when they first created Android. I know that the G1 has a QWERTY keyboard, but adding a touchscreen keyboard is something that consumers would be attracted to. Don’t follow the footsteps of the Voyager, people want touchscreen keyboards. We can expect the touchscreen keyboard in Android phones in Q1 2009.
