It has been well known that Microsoft has always planned to unleash Windows 7 sometime around 2009. But they have been trying to save themselves by saying they would release Windows 7 “within three years of January 2007″. Well during a technical session yesterday, Microsoft laid a timeframe for Windows 7. They are saying that Windows 7 would be released around mid-2009 and pre-configured Windows 7 systems would be shipping in time for the 2009 holiday season. Now again, this is what they said and who really knows how long its going to take before we get Windows 7. Just going to have to be patient with Microsoft.
