China is said to become the second largest market for flat-panel moniters by 2011, with Europe, the Middle East and Africa still remaining the main market for LCD monitors. After China and the US, the Asia Pacific and Latin America regions are next.

The flat-panel display market generated about $107 billion last year and is expected to grow each year. China’s fast growing economy and modernization is most likely the cause of their expected second place spot. Not only will everything be made in China, very soon everything regarding technology will be used there as well.
