If you are in the market for a new LCD monitor for your desktop computer, ASUS has just introduced their new line of 16:9 LCD monitors. ASUS unveiled four new VH-series LCD monitors. Each of the four VH-series LCD monitors have 16:9 aspect ratio and come in a variety of sizes. The models come in the 18.5-inch VH192 model, the 21.5-inch VH222 and VH226 models, and the 23.6-inch VH242. The 18.5-inch VH192 model packs a 1366×768 resolution while the 21.5-inch VH222 and VH226 and the 23.6-inch VH242 all offer full 1080p resolution as well as HDMI input ports. Each of the four LCD monitors have “Smart Contrast Ratio” technology (10,000:1 to 20,000:1) and offers built-in speakers and VGA and DVI ports. There was no word on when we could expect the LCD monitors to hit the market as well as the price tag of these monitors. Please stay tuned as more information comes our way.
